Cal Athletics – MSM was retained to conduct a marketing analysis of their football program.  We recruited attendees and created an app to submit feedback on their experience with pre-game, in-game, post-game and digital.  We also reviewed the VIP/Premium seating experience and sponsorship activations.  We compiled the data and submitted a report with recommendations to improve attendance & fan engagement.
National Basketball Association – While working within the NBA’s Team Marketing and Business Operations (TMBO) group, achieved double-digit increases in multiple NBA key business metrics including sponsorship, attendance, full season tickets, premium seats, and group tickets. Launched two (2) NBA G-League teams.

Tampa Bay Basketball and Arena – Consulting Services for new minor league, professional basketball, and new Arena in the Tampa / St. Petersburg, FL area. Created new business plans for NBA, WNBA, G-League basketball teams, and new Arena. Created 5 and 10 year financials for teams, events, and Arena.
California Collegiate League (CCL) – Arroyo Seco Saints – Pasadena, CA – Consulting services. Researched and interviewed multiple collegiate summer leagues, minor league teams, and key stakeholders to create a “Go-To-Market” strategy and new business venture featuring ticket sales, sponsorships, marketing, fundraising, media, and every aspect of a business plan.

Phoenix Suns and Mercury WNBA – Naming rights consulting for the newly renovated Phoenix Suns and Mercury Arena, formerly Talking Stick Resort Arena.
Live Nation Entertainment – Produced new revenue streams across Live Nation system of owned and operated venues. Advanced new products by leading people, processes, and execution across multiple venues simultaneously. Developed innovative new premium seat national platform, sponsorship inventory, fan experiences, and ancillary revenues by mobilizing departments within Ticketmaster, Media & Sponsorship, and Enterprise Sales. Revamped, streamlined, and reinvented the entire secondary market and broker program.
